“El Corazon Boutique Hotel” is a small, Adults-only, boutique hotel located within the Yum.Balam nature reserve, on Holbox island. It has been specifically designed for a minimum environmental impact and to preserve the habitat of this beautiful island.
All of the cleaning products that we use are biodegradable and most of the hotel’s furniture is made of natural, recycled wood.
For your comfort we provide bamboo mattresses and pillows, cotton sheets and natural fiber based bedding.
All of the personal hygiene products we provide are organic and handmade on the island. We have also chose to use recyclable containers aiming as far as possible for a “zero plastic” policy.
The hotel is built in the typical “holboxeño” style, with “palapa” roofs (wood and palapa leafs).
It is located in the hotel zone, just 100 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches and only 10 minutes walking distance from town.
“El Corazón Boutique Hotel” has three levels, with a range of spaces and terraces for private and public use. It has eleven rooms divided into four categories in order to provide for the differing needs of our guests.
All our rooms are equipped with king-size beds, and include inside and outside living areas, and spacious showers. Our rooms are air conditioned and include coffee machines and free wi-fi.
Our communal areas and terraces are equipped with hammocks where you can relax while you read a book, enjoy a stunning sunset or just soak up the atmosphere of our beautiful island surroundings.
We offer an excellent breakfast menu that is served on our roof terrace where you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the island.
